From Montreal we again took the ST. Lawrence SeaWay to Lake Ontario and the city of Trenton, the beginning of the Trent-Severn Water Way. Here we waited almost a week for the waters to recede to an acceptable safe level. We then entered the series of canals with 45 locks to navigate. Below is a common lock as we were exiting.
