Three people have reported difficulty when using the Foxfire browser.

When they switched to the

Internet Explorer browser from Microsoft,  the problems vanished.

You might also consider saving the file rather than opening it in the browser,

and then running it from the Desktop to avoid browser issues.  You still need to download the Microsoft Power Point Viewer if you don't have it, or the full Microsoft Power Point program already.
